One of the earliest and most dependable of a large and impressive group. Brilliant golden-yellow, semi-double flowers each flushed with orange-yellow near the center. The profusion of flowers make deadheading tedious so shear after the first wave of blooms for continued flowering. Coreopsis are considered deer resistant though my deer seem to like to pull the young plants out of the ground.

Care: Not at all fussy about soil but wants lots of sun. Dividing every couple years will keep the plants strong.

Other Attributes:
Good cut flower Attracts butterflies
Long bloomer
