Green grape-like leaves heavily splashed with white - new growth is infused with pink. Fall brings multicolored clusters of berries that have a porcelain-like finish in a wide array of colors. Fruit color best with sun; variegation best with shade
Care: Place in a sheltered location - full sun can scorch the leaves so some protection in the heat of the day is recommended. Grow in average garden soil that is well-drained. Tends to produce more berries if the root growth is somewhat restricted. Climbs with tendrils so it does best on a fence or trellis. Slow grower but well worth the wait.
